Back by popular demand this day is a celebration of sound!
During the day we have mini-workshops featuring Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, mantra and voice-work, gong therapy, drum therapy and more.
There is a chill out room where you can receive a deeply relaxing soundbath and a retail therapy area with a selection of fairly traded instruments from all over the world, as well as books and CD’s.
There is an optional presentation on our professional training courses if you would like to take things further.
The end of the day is our sonic boom – a sonic surprise to end the day with a bang!
