Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath held monthly on the last Friday of the month in this beautiful wooden hall set in a peaceful garden.
If you’ve not been to the Green Door Centre (formerly Hamblin Hall) in Bohsam near Chichester before and even if you have, you are in for a real treat. It’s a magical and deeply spiritual place.
Instruments vary slightly each month but include Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs. As well as a one hour sound bath, these gatherings may include journalling, intention setting, oracle cards or a little Sanskrit chanting.
