This monthly Sunday Sound Bath is for you. Arlene uses a numbers of instruments to create a natural sound scape. Crystal, Himalayan Bowls and Gongs and well as other instruments are used.
She also guides you into the stillness with Yoga Nidra.
Set in the heart of Epping Forest in a beautiful space in North East London.
Please remember to bring your own blanket, yoga mat, eye pillow and cushions to make sure you are comfortable.
