A 75-minute session to relax, reset & bask in the beautiful and healing vibrations of singing bowls, voice and other sound healing instruments.
We will draw inwards through gentle breathwork & meditation before settling into a long rest to simply be and receive.
Sessions are inspired by the seasons, the wheel of the year and the lunar cycles to draw in different intentions each month.
All welcome, mats provided.
These are usually the first Sunday of every month 10:45am-12pm.
(Note: on the 4th Jan, we will be at a slightly later time of 11:15am-12:30pm)
