Hi there This is a one day event, highlighting the need for an all round positive and grounded lifestyle. Beginning the day with a crystal bowls meditation, positive afirmation and visualisation we will move onto a talk about the chakras and spirituality, then into energy healing group work, where each individual will have the beneift of a healing from the group. (bring a packed lunch, time of Lunch will be aggreed on the day) The afternoon will incorporate a sound bath, deep gong work with chanting, mantras for abundance/health/earth healing and toning ending with visualisation and meditation. sat nam harmoniously yours john
