NEW SOUTH LONDON MONTHLY KIRTAN at THE YOGI TREE
March 20th - Spring Equinox Kirtan
At the time of the Equinox, night and day meet equally. This is a wonderful time to meditate on balancing our inner light and darkness, welcoming and finding the beauty in both. Darkness is the soil, the fertile earth and roots of our being from which the treasures and precious flowers grow. At this special spring equinox kirtan we will chant to celebrate emerging growth and sing songs to put a spring in our step and a smile in our hearts. :)
This Kirtan also falls close to the Full Moon in Virgo which encourages devotion, service and maintaining practices which nurture health and wellbeing. It's a great spring-cleaning moon!
