On this day romance and love join us on this special day to work with the energies of the heart. St Valentines day is steeped in history and famed for a day that lovers spend some special time together. If we are single or in a relationship it is a great time to spend some time loving ourselves. We will start this class with a group meditation to identify what holds us back from truly loving ourselves. When we identify those blocks which we have placed their to protect ourself. Following on from the meditation there will be a personal healing for each individual. This healing time will be spent in silence so that we can really increase the connection with our heart. To close the class we will have a short question and answer session for anything which comes up. This class is limited and payment required to reserve your place.
