James will lead you in the practice of various forms of toning directed primarily at the energy centres or chakras, the source of our psychology. You will also enact natural sound rituals for healing different aspects of yourself, intone mantras for meditation and experience the unique Taoist sounds for the organs of the body. Tuning forks are brought into play for resonating the cellular and nervous systems. There is outer and inner sound, the latter referred to as Nada Yoga.
No experience necessary, only the sincere intent for transformation.
