James will lead you in the practice of various forms of toning directed primarily to the chakras. You will enact natural sound rituals for healing different aspects of yourself, intone mantras for meditation, and experience the unique Taoist sounds for the organs of the body Tuning forks are brought into play to resonate the cellular and nervous systems. There is both outer and inner sound, the latter referred to as Nada Yoga. No experience necessary just the sincere intent for transformation.
