This weekend workshop will teach you how to retune the energy centres and the organs of the body through various vocal toning traditions, natural sounds, mantras and collective improvisation as well as the retuning of the nervous system through tuning forks
On this course you will learn:
1. To gain freedom of vocal expression through specific exercises including breath work
2.To stimulate the energy centres through vowel/consonant mantras
3. To refine the energy centres through the use of Tantric seed syllables
4. To draw vocal sound within as a form of meditation
5. To discover one's fundamental tone
6. To work with the Taoist sounds for relieving stress on the organs
7. To listen to tuning forks as a way of resonating the cellular level.
