James will conduct a day drawing upon the following categories 1) Toning the chakras with vowels, consonants and seed syllables 2)Ritualizing natural sounds such as laughter, humming, groaning, keening and sighing 3)Enacting the Taoist sounds for the organs of the body 4)Sounding mantra and chanting 5)Listening to Biosonic tuning forks for attuning the cells and nervous system Some of the soundwork is accompanied by simple movements. No experience necessary, only the desire for the positive transformation of your psyche.
