This weekend workshop will teach you how to re-tune the energy centres and the organs of the body through various vocal toning traditions, natural sounds, mantras and collective improvisation as well as the retuning of the nervous system
On the course you will learn:
To gain freedom of vocal expression through specific exercises including breathwork
To stimulate the energy centres or chakras through vowel/consonant mantras
To refine the energy centres through the use of Tantric seed syllables
To draw vocal sound within as a form of meditation
To discover one's fundamental tone
To work with the Taoist sounds for releasing stress on the organs
To listen to tuning forks as a way of resonating the cellular level
