This workshop is focussed on various forms of toning East and West It brings into play external and internal sound leading to meditation. It also includes natural sound rituals like laughter, sounding mantras and intoning Taoist sounds for the organs. These activities are complemented by simple movements while vocalizing and the listening to tuning forks. No experience necessary, only the deep intent for transformation.
