The inner voice is our freedom, our wisdom, our guide. It is the voice of love. A voice we often do not hear. So many of us are guided, not by our inner voice, but our inner critic. This workshop is a journey into the deeper connection to the inner voice of love. It will offer you an experience of your voice, your unique expression. Connecting the outer voice to the inner ‘voice’ of love, intuition, wisdom, and peace. So often we forget to love and nurture ourselves. By connected to the voice in this way we discover how we can create a space of deep nourishment and inner connection. We will use both ancient and modern techniques. Combining mantras, sounding, rhythm, dance and song to open our voices and open our hearts. No previous experience necessary.
