ONLINE ZOOM: The Yoga of Vocal Sound
Time: A 7 week course on Friday evenings 7pm - 8:10pm
Cost: £30 (covers all 7 sessions). Option to have all 7 recordings of the sessions for £10.

The content will consist of toning rituals using mantras, vowels and consonants and seed syllables related to chakras and the Taoist healing sounds for the organs. No one will be asked to make sounds on their own. All participants will be muted during the sessions. Certain movements will be used in conjunction with some of the vocal sounds. Brief periods of meditation will follow each ritual.
The cost of the 7 week basic course is £30, all inclusive. Part of the inclusion will be a Facebook group where the week's session can be viewed for 3 days after it has taken place. This is handy for those who are unable to attend on the night. Recordings of the sessions can be obtained on request at the cost of £10 for all 7 sessions. This will be handled by my host Sharon Little.
I am limiting the numbers to 20.
You will be given a place when you write to me requesting it. Please state if you would like recordings. No payments will be made until I send out notice about 10 days prior to the start. Further details including how the recordings will be obtained will also be sent. Confirmation of a place will be given as soon as you have written. I will keep a waiting list
