Since publishing Arden Wilken’s first titles in 1984, the INNER SOUND Tools for Self-Discovery series of therapeutic music has expanded to over 20 titles with diverse focuses to touch almost any aspect of our lives. INNER SOUND is a sound healing system based on creating ‘relative’ movement within the human organism, without imposing any accompanying belief system or structure. It can support any process of self-development or change including physical health or emotional wellbeing.
