For over 20 years Michael has been using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Symphonic Gongs, Harmonic Singing, Shamanic drumming and many other musical instruments for Therapeutic sound massage treatments, meditations, deep listening and in performance.
Each session will last about hour which includes a brief interview with each client to ascertain the intention of the session, for example, physical pain or an emotional block or simple relaxation.
The treatment begins with a simple breathing exercise which creates a deep receptive state for the client.
This is followed by the actual sounds themselves.
At first care is taken to enable the sounds to gently massage the mind, body and spirit.
Eventually the sounds intensity is increased to reveal deeper emotional or bodily issues.
The music closes with deeply resonating grounding vibrations
Silence and a grounding visualisation followed by a sharing complete the session.
A course of treatments is recommended to enhance the transformational potential of the sounds.
