Come and join Sarah from The Sacred Voice for a one day work shop looking at the sounds of the chakras. During the day we will explore the different tones, vowels and notes associated with each of the chakras, what they mean to us, how they feel. We will spend some time chanting and toning these, getting a real sense of each chakra through the power of the voice. We will also cover ways in which this can be used as part of our own personal journey. I am a BAST qualified Sound Therapist and use the voice as a very powerful healing tool and during this workshop we shall explore how to use the voice in your every day life. No experience necessary, you do not need to be musical or a singer, this is about sound and the power of sound, not performance. You will not be made to "perform" to an audience, this group is about exploration, being comfortable, about supporting each other on our own journey. The price includes the workshop and all handouts on the day that you can take away with you. Numbers are limited so get in quick to reserve you place.
