We will also cover how to use this powerful tool in your own personal wholing journey, how it could help you to alleviate many aliments such as Stress, anxiety, depression, pain and aid relaxation and to create general well-being by using sound and your own voice. No experience necessary, you do not need to be musical or a singer, this is about sound and the power of sound, not performance. You will not be made to "perform" to an audience, this group is about exploration, being comfortable, about supporting each other on our own journey.
