I'm delighted to be sharing Kirtans at Triyoga, Primrose Hill at the generous invitation of Nikki Slade - www.freetheinnervoice.com Kirtan means to celebrate, say, sing, participate- it is an invitation to participate in the symphony of life, to share and contribute your unique voice gloriously. By means of singing simple sacred songs we can enter into a powerful, creative state of meditation which steadys the mind, stills the senses and settles the emotions.
