JOY OF SINGING GROUP
More and more people are coming to singing as a way of connecting to themselves, developing self-expression, presence and confidence in their everyday lives. Singing in a group is an activity that can have many health benefits, it develops breathing, connection to the body, relieves stress and anxiety offers connection to others in the group who love singing also.
There are so many of people who really want to sing, but don’t feel they have the support of true presence and confidence to sing easily and freely. This is something that can definitely be developed.
The next Joy of Singing Group begins on Saturday the 15th March 12pm -1:30pm for 4 weeks in a row.
