Finding the power of your true self through Transformational Breath® and healing voice work with Ange Leake The power of our breath and our own unique voice are gifts we all have but may never have used fully. We can learn to use them to change our way of being and our experience of the world. The two transformational modalities of voice and breathwork are brought together in this powerful weekend in a beautiful setting. We will create a safe, loving environment where you will have the opportunity to dare to give voice to your dreams and breathe them into being, using breath, voice and the power of your own intention. You do not need to be musical or to have done any breathwork before. You are asked to come prepared with an idea or intention to work on during the weekend. Transformational Breathing® is a powerful healing tool that balances body, mind and spirit. It uses connected breathing, toning, affirmations and hands on techniques. Healing voice work utilises the unique vibrational qualities of the human voice to address patterns of blocked energy or dis-ease in the physical body and also in the energy body. Ange Leake now lives and works in Derbyshire, England. She has studied extensively with various teachers and has worked alongside Judith Kravitz, founder of the Transformational Breath Foundation, and other acclaimed teachers. She is a qualified Transformational Breath teacher, Sound Healer and Counsellor. She has run workshops and training courses at various locations around the UK and in Europe.
