Deepen your connection to your voice and explore the voice as a tool for self healing and a way to take you to stillness and peace.
Voicework is an exploration of our own voices through the mediums of chant, mantras, sound and song, leading us to connect to our authentic voice.
During the retreat we will look to deepen your connection to your voice, open your heart and access the sound that come from deep within. By using the voice, without any need for previous singing experience, we will help develop confidence and explore how it can be used as a heart opening tool, leading to self healing and creative self expression, allowing us to move to place of stillness and inner peace.
The weekend will involve a combination of techniques used to open the voice including mantra and movement meditations and expressing through singing and sounding as a group and as individuals.
We will create a safe and supportive environment to explore our voices and any blocks that may be stopping us from singing freely. All levels of experience are welcome.
