I am very excited and happy to invite you to spend a weekend with me in a beautiful Retreat Centre in the Heart of the Cotswolds........Holycombe.... It really is a special and magical place, with great energy and beautiful countryside surrounding it and it enables you to feel really nurtured and held by the earth.... I have been here on several retreat weekends and workshops myself and it holds a special place in my heart! The weekend will include: *Chanting *Meditation *Yoga & Breath work *Deep Relaxation *Sound Bath *Fire Ceremony *A visit to the Rollright Stone Circle *Drumming *Time in Nature *Silence **Please note the activities are not set in stone and may change according to factors such as the weather and what feels appropriate!** You will be free to participate in as much or as little of the programme as you wish, i fully appreciate that for some of you, just having time for yourself in a carefully held space is all that you need. ***THERE ARE ONLY 8 PLACES AVAILABLE ON THIS WEEKEND*** COST: £295 Shared/Twin Room or £325 Single Occupancy CAMPING AVAILABLE £275 A deposit of £50 will secure you place and the balance will be due on 1st July The price includes: Accomodation, Food, Drinks & Snacks and all activities listed Food will be vegetarian/vegan and food intolerances can be catered for, you just need to let me know ahead of time....
