In this workshop, we’ll be exploring the use of sound in creating and maintaining vibrant health. Sound offers a variety of ways to heal at physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. The workshop will be highly experiential, featuring practical techniques which stimulate your innate ability to self-heal. The workshop will include: * Tools and techniques to help clear dis-ease. * Boosting your immune system. * Energizing your body. * Sound bath using voices and percussion instruments to relax the body.
