This sound therapy course is perfect for anyone wanting to help improve health and well-being and is specifically targeted towards 1-2-1 sound therapy, however this higher level qualification also enables you to work with groups. The combination of specific techniques and reflective enquiry enables you to work in a deeper and transformative way with yourself and others.
FORMAT
2 x 5 day modules 13th - 17th April and 13th - 17th July
Immerse yourself in the world of therapeutic sound, experience sound baths, work with different techniques and discover the therapeutic benefits of working with this versatile method first-hand.
In-between modules 1 and 2 your journey deepens through personal practice with your chosen instruments (choose 3 or 4 from the following - mantra, Himalayan Bowls, crystal bowls, voice therapy, drum therapy, gong therapy). You will also be enrolled onto our interactive online learning platform – the BAST Learning Zone which contains videos, articles, quizzes and further information to deepen your learning experience.
Following module 2 you will begin your case studies with webinar support from Lyz Cooper or another member of the BAST tutor team.
And that’s it! You can then enjoy the benefits of growing your healthy sound business and the reward that making a difference to the health and wellbeing of others brings. Qualified members are welcome to join our growing team of BAST Members taking part in our ongoing research, projects and events.
