Holistic Voice Therapy Training (Practitioner Level Diploma)
This course offers the opportunity for both 1-2-1 and group work.
Module 1 comprises the Professional Diploma in Group Voice Therapy module and then continues to Module 2. There is the opportunity with this course to take a higher diploma (contact us for details).

This course incorporates two very different therapeutic approaches. The first approach, ‘Passive Voice Therapy’ is where the client receives a treatment of gentle tones and overtones (harmonic singing) in a technique designed to place them into a deep state of relaxation similar to deep meditation. Our research has shown that many physical, emotional and mental health benefits can be achieved using this approach.

The second approach, known as ‘Vocal Processing Techniques,’ is where the practitioner supports the client to use voice, breath, movement and visualisation exercises that are relevant to the client’s symptoms/ situation (the practitioner has 22 different techniques to choose from). As well as the research we have conducted, singing has also been shown to increase salivary Immunoglobulin A – one of the body’s primary defence mechanisms
