Come and join Hara, Kris and Sally for a day of Spring Renewal, a day to deepen your practice and expand your spiritual community. Springtime is a perfect time for opening the door to spirit and for inviting change into your daily life.
Hara and I will be offering a beautiful combination of sacred drumming, poetry and sound healing in the heart of Precious Wood, in and with nature. We will either be working in the lovely yurt, or outside, and there'll be plenty of time during the day to explore the woodland.
Plus, for the first time Kris Willow-Turner will be joining us to host a forest bathing experience (Shinrin Yoku), an ancient Japanese practice which combines gentle strolls under the forest canopy with guided activities to help you open your senses, hone your intuition, and experience the forest in a fresh and intimate way. The forest is the therapist, the guide opens the doors. This is a beautiful experience not to be missed!
Please bring a veggie dish to share for lunch. Teas etc will be provided, some made from the forest.
You're welcome to stay on for an open fire or even stay the night in the cabin/caravan for an extra £10 each.
