Uma and Sivani have together with joy created an uplifting and nurturing programme to celebrate the living earth, to honour the living intelligence of your bodies, and to bring you close to the sweetly intuitive voice of your own heart’s wisdom. Listen: she’s calling you home!
There will be total yoga nidra, kirtan, devotional singing, aarti, shakti dance, gorgeously nourishing asana, dancing barefoot on the dew in the dawn light, meditation, time for silence and delicious sattvic (vegetarian) food to share in the most marvellously good company. Singing, silence, peace and laughter are all there. Everything on the programme is optional, delightful and shared with beauteous joy straight from our hearts to yours.
