Have you experienced a sound bath and felt drawn to learn how to facilitate one yourself?
This immersive 1-day, in-person training offers a clear, structured and practical pathway to begin facilitating sound baths safely, confidently and with care.
Most sound training focuses primarily on the instruments.
This training includes hands-on experience with instruments, and also focuses on the elements that make a session feel safe and effective:
• How to hold a safe, supportive space
• Practitioner presence and awareness
• A structured, professional approach to facilitation
Because people don’t just respond to sound — they respond to how the space is held.
What you’ll gain:
• Hands-on experience with therapeutic sound instruments
• A trauma-informed approach to working safely
• A clear structure for designing and delivering sessions
• The confidence to begin facilitating responsibly
No previous experience or musical knowledge is required.
All instruments are provided.

Small group training (maximum 6 participants) to ensure personal support and real practical experience.
