Online yoga can be fun, you get the adjustments you need for your body. Arlene has been teaching online since the pandemic and bring her unique quality of clarity and understand of the body, to each person who attends. So that they get what they need for their practice. Her groups are maximum 10 people so that she can see each person and make adjustments accordingly.
Arlene combines her over 30 years practice of Scaravelli Yoga with Qi Kung, Pilates and breath work. Join us each Wednesday evening to get through the winter, before we go back to a studio space in the spring.
