You may want to create a shift in your life, release sadness, find a place for relaxation… Whatever your intention, this space, these sounds can have an effect towards harmony and wellness, balancing and grounding you.
You'll be lying on a futon or a mattress, under the blankets, bathed in the sounds of the gongs and Himalayan singing bowls. The gong bath finishes with a grounding soundscape of rattles, flutes, rain-sticks, chimes, ocean drums…
The yurt is heated with a wood burning stove.
£15 – places are limited, booking is essential.
