Yoga Nidra, "Awake Sleep", a guided meditation, that allows you to stop, relax and be conscious while your are guided around your body and given permission to drop into that state just before sleep, where you can really rest, recuperate and rejuvenate.

Helping you to consciously set the intention for yourself or for your week.

This fortnightly online session, allows you to be in the quiet of your own home, while guided into that state of bliss.

What a wonderful way for you to end the weekend and start your week. Refreshed and vital for the week ahead.

Arlene has been teaching guided mediation and Yoga Nidra for the past 4 years and benefits from the stability and strength it offers. "I love to stop and be still for a moment each day, but at the weekends in particular I will guide myself through a Yoga Nidra, what better way to nourish myself"
