Following on from last year’s hugely successful retreat in the beautiful hills of Liguria, northern Italy, and in response to requests for a repeat experience, we are delighted to announce that there will be a retreat in June 2012.
Our hosts are Roger and Marina Hollinshead at Casa Villatalla Guest House, Località Villatalla, 18035 Dolceacqua (IM), Italy. See www.villatalla.com for more details of the accommodation on offer and superb food - Marina is a Cordon Bleu chef.
Between them they will facilitate deeper understanding of mind-body-soul connections through the use of the voice, gentle asana practice, relaxation and contemplation.
This retreat will help participants come to a deeper understanding of themselves and others, bringing habitual patterns in relationships to the surface and creating new ways of being.
Approximate daily schedule
07.15 Early morning Sounding to greet the day
08.00 Fruit and fruit juices
09.00 Asanas leading to Yoga Nidra and Sounding
12.00 Brunch
18.30 Dinner
20.00 Sounding + group dialogue & meditation (most days)
In the afternoons participants have the opportunity of a one-to-one with Russell to explore any emotional issues that may arise and a one-to-one with Polly to explore individual asana practice.
Cost for the week £730 includes –
• Airport (Nice) transfers and transport for local excursions
• 7 Nights B & B in twin rooms (there is an opportunity for two non-residential single rooms)
• Fruits and brunch
• 5 In-house 3-course evening meals plus 2 evening meals at a local restaurant
• A mountain walk with Sounding
• One day relaxation where you can explore one of the beautiful local hilltop villages
• Use of swimming pool, garden, terraces, sitting room with library of books

The evening meals cooked by our hostess Marina will be mostly vegetarian but also include some fish.
The retreat will be alcohol and recreational drug free to facilitate deeper self-connection.
Please bring a yoga mat.
