Olivia Carter is a qualified gong practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and yin and restorative yoga teacher. She’s also the founder of The Yoki Way, a three-part rhythm and upcoming book based on a blend of energy, movement, and sound, designed to help the everyday person return to stillness in a world that rarely pauses.
Olivia trained under the highly esteemed Sheila Whittaker and spent a weekend at Gong Masters, meeting with Don Conroe - an experience that deepened her understanding of the Western roots of this work. Her sensitivity, both energetic and sensory, shapes her refined and intuitive approach to sound, space-holding, and subtle energy. As a neurodivergent individual who previously navigated chronic health issues and daily overwhelm, Olivia is deeply committed to creating spaces that feel safe, accessible, and restorative for all.
Her approach is pragmatic and grounded, blending ancient practices with contemporary insight in a way that feels relevant and real. Whether she’s working with gongs, guiding meditation, holding energy sessions or teaching, Olivia is always looking to walk the thoughtful line between realism and transformation.
She believes access to ancient wisdom and spiritual practice shouldn’t require a certain look or lifestyle - it belongs to all of us, in the everyday messiness of life. Her work continues to evolve through ongoing study, practice, and lived experience – offered with deep care, gentle precision, and a quiet belief in the power of reconnection. Through The Yoki Way, Olivia hopes to help reshape how we relate to wellbeing – not as something we chase, but as something we return to, again and again.
