You will be guided into stillness, with the wonderful tone, vibrations and resonants that helps you drop away from the conscious mind and into that theta state of peace and acceptance.

We ask that you do not consume any alcohol or drugs before or after the session.

Drink plenty of water after the session and rest if you can.

A Sacred Sound Journey is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of healing instruments.
